At Luella, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is always a stress-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
